Say it here first
Practice the hard talks with a parent
The car keys. A little help at home. The house. Power of attorney. The sibling who isn't helping. Pick one, read what they say, and write what you would say back. You see which of their needs your words met.
How this works, and what it cannot do
- The other person is scripted, not an AI. Every line was written in advance, and everyone here is invented.
- A phrase-checker in your browser reads your answer. It is a mirror, not a judge, and it can miss a good answer worded differently. Each turn shows one possible response to compare.
- Nothing leaves your device. No audio is recorded, no model is called, nothing is sent. A note you write at the end stays on this device.
- This is practice, not advice. Not medical, legal, or financial advice. The ideas come from the National Institute on Aging, the Family Caregiver Alliance and AAA (sources below).
